Summary
The Product Marketing Hardware Loans Lab is looking for a detail-orientated and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Inventory Technician.
This meticulous individual will be responsible for coordinating, planning and supporting the day-to-day activities of the product life cycle and inventory control in the lab.
They will ensure on-time fulfillment for high-profile requests for customers and clients of the team. They will be a role model for decision making, ongoing technical learning, and consistent collaboration across all areas of technician focus, including but not limited to inventory control.
A successful Inventory Technician has a deep understanding of warehousing, inventory management, shipping / receiving and general logistic fundamentals.
They are driven and a self-starter who is extremely organized. The candidate excels in challenging and complex situations and is at ease in high stress conditions.
They thrive in an ambiguous, ever fluid environment which may include being adept at taking action. The candidate manages through relationships and influence and communicates with ease to all levels.
They are able to effectively gather and synthesize data to analyze, support and offer feedback to improve operational functions.

Description
As an Inventory Technician, you have the incredible responsibility of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the product lifecycle.
You will assist with the shipment and / or receipt of outbound or inbound materials, parts, or products.
You will maintain accountability for receiving, storing, and distributing all inbound shipments.
You will ensure the accuracy of all receiving documents and collect and match forms (PO, packing slip, computer printout) relative to receiving activities.
You will suggest improvements to operational procedures, and act to improve timeliness or save costs.
You will track and document all shipping or receiving information for the lab.
You have a love for improving the work space through automation systems and changes that lead to an efficient workflow.
