Job Description :

Looking for business-technology consultants with 10+ years of experience for our Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality (RCGTH) practice.

• Experience in engagements with RCGTH clients and understanding of processes in Supply Chain Management is essential
• Experience in one or more of Inventory Management; Warehouse Operations; Order Management; Forecasting; Supply Chain Planning; Transportation management
• Technology savvy with exposure in querying and analyzing large datasets inventory and supply chain data
• Hands on experience in designing, training and implementing inventory management technology solutions in retail environment
• Ability to perform Supply Chain Data Analysis and identify patterns. Leveraging data to monitor and enhance operational effectiveness.

Exposure to SQL querying; SPSS or Excel based large data analysis

• Experience in leading client workshops, discussing detailed business requirements to drive productivity in these processes
• Lead discussions with clients and work in a fast paced environment
• Working in agile delivery programs as a product owner / process specialist
• Process mapping and requirements gathering, including defining user personas and journey
• Liaison with technology / product / data scientist teams, provide and manage functional inputs for the programs
• Exposure in end to end software development lifecycle as Business Analyst or Business user or Functional Consultant
• Participate and contribute to business development efforts
• Participate and contribute to practice competency development
• Must be local to Bentonville, AR

Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
