Position Overview : In this engaging role, the Paid Social Media Manager champions Papa Murphy’s commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork by :
- Designing and implementing comprehensive paid social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including reach, engagement, customer acquisition & retention.
- Planning, implementing & managing day-to-day paid social campaigns on Facebook & Instagram (and other platforms in the future)
- Including audience research, geo-targeting, best-practice campaign configuration, implementation, monitoring, optimizations and reporting.
- Including management & allocation of the paid social media budget to ensure optimal spend and maximum results.
- Supporting local teams across the nation with strategic guidance as needed
- Innovating and suggesting creative ways to enhance campaign performance using new features and updates.
- Providing real-time updates to paid campaigns, creating detailed reports and corresponding analysis, to identify opportunity areas.
- There will be a large emphasis on A / B testing, creative optimization and driving sales performance.
- Monitoring social media trends and emerging platforms, as well as staying on top of changes in in the social landscape.
- Working in collaboration with internal creative and brand team members to determine creative production needs and best practices.
- Working in collaboration with other paid media team members to cohesively plan & executive successful paid media campaigns.

- Salary range : $80,000-$90,000. Actual offer may vary from posted hiring range based on location, work experience, and / or education.

What you bring to the table :
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns across a variety of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager
- Familiarity with other parts of Facebook Business Manager including audiences, datasets and lift studies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, ability to work independently & collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, pro-active, self-starter.
- Comfortable working in excel & manipulating data.
- Skills / experience that are not required but would set you apart : 1p Data platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads (paid search & YouTube), display / programmatic / CTV
Foundations of your career :
- 5 years’ experience in social media advertising, with at least 2 years in a planning role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in social media advertising or digital marketing are a plus.
