Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
- Arizona SPED License
- Active Arizona SPED Certification
- AZ IVP Fingerprint Card
- Must have appropriate matching credential
- Experience working with severe caseloads
- Able to discuss evidence-based and research-based strategies used in the classroom
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual / in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
