Technical Principal

Provide leadership at the enterprise level for the technical design of significant projects.

Essential Functions

• Areas of responsibility include Digital Content, Digital Business Development, Business Readiness, Digital Customer Continuity, Digital Marketing, Digital Product Development, Innovation, Regional IT, Information Security International, Application Development, Field IT, Application Development International, Architecture, Architecture & Application Development International.
• Serve as an expert resource to advise other teams and recommend solutions to technical design problems.
• Lead and / or assist in the resolution of complex production problems.
• Mentor development in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field, and / or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Requires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Skilled at leading / assisting in the resolution of complex production problems.

Preferred Qualifications :

Pay Transparency : This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.

If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level.

Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay : U.S. Pay Range : $8,007.29 / month - $14,413.11 / month.
