Express Employment Professionals Butler County is seeking a Shear Operator to fill an immediate opening in Fairfield , OH on 2nd & 3rd Shifts !
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for running two manual shears
- Setup machine to start a production cycle
- Read job orders and cut sheets
- Feed material into the machine and control / adjust machine settings
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Production is required
- Previous experience with a Shear is required
- Read Blueprints
- Attention to detail
- Team-work
- Safety Rules / Standards
Compensation : $17-20 an hour
