Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach : Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

  • Consultative Selling : Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' unique insurance needs. Use your insights to recommend personalized solutions that align with their goals.
  • Product Expertise : Present and explain a diverse range of insurance products, clearly articulating their benefits and coverage options.

Be a trusted advisor that clients can rely on.

  • Relationship Management : Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Client Follow-Up : Proactively follow up with clients to address any questions, concerns, or changes in their circumstances, reinforcing trust and loyalty.
  • Market Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date information.
  • Sales Achievement : Set and achieve individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. Monitor your progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, insights, and support each other in achieving team goals.

Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Minnesota Insurance licenses (or a willingness to obtain them promptly).
