We're currently seeking a compassionate Family Medicine provider to join our team and contribute to the growth of our clinic serving a diverse patient population nested in a rural setting yet conveniently close to Salem, OR.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering exceptional care to our patients.

With a focus on community connection and professional collaboration, you'll have the chance to work alongside stellar professionals in expanding our services and providing continuity of care.

Background / Expertise :

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrate experience and current competence in patient care in the last 24 months.
• Current Medical License in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board.
• Hold DEA certification.
