As a Sr. Digital Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy to drive business growth, enhance our online presence, and integrate our digital offerings.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a peer leader amongst other employees to help ensure alignment to our digital strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as customers and dealers, to integrate digital initiatives into broader business strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Conduct gap analysis assessments to inform strategic direction and identify capabilities needing development.
• Create thorough and complex business case models for forward-looking work.
• Help build structured personas, customer segmentation models, and high-level experiential journey maps.
• Think critically and spot areas of opportunity in our current digital experience.
• Help maintain the long-term digital roadmap.
• Help build and maintain structured metrics and KPIs for Komatsu’s digital business.
• Create presentation material and conduct periodic presentations during meetings.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a strategic, digital, analytical or consultative role.
• Proven track record of developing robust reporting and models.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and simplify complex situations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Base-level knowledge of emerging technologies and digital channels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Possesses a proactive mindset and is a curious learner.
