National Accounts Operations Leader

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated National Accounts Operations Leader to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Manage all existing national account managers within the security business unit
  • Manage all personnel assigned to the national accounts team (approximately 25 people with a total volume of approximately $100 M
  • Monthly forecasts
  • Annual sales forecasts
  • Perform annual reviews
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships
  • Direct sales efforts by the Pavion Company team
  • Expand "cross selling" opportunities
  • Day to Day Operations
  • Prepare monthly and annual budgets sales effort
  • Oversee staffing
  • Manage workflow and local processes
  • Recruitment and training of personnel
  • Support AR collections when required
  • Build a service oriented team committed to excellence and the success of the company
  • Consolidation of Companies in BU in the next 18 months
  • Travel as needed

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Marketing, Science or Engineering
  • 5 years' experience in security
  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
