As a Process Manager supporting Capital One’s Auto Navigator product, you must display strong leadership skips as you motivate a small team to deliver flawlessly executed processes that exude quality, improve business efficiency and drive results.
You’ll collaborate with business partners across Product, Tech and Data to develop controls within our features to maintain compliance and customer experience standards.
You will create, modify and enhance processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.
You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution and quality.
