Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Applications to lead our team in supporting Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data warehousing, custom integrations, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement across our enterprise applications landscape.

This role is Remote, located in the United States.

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Management :

Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing direction, coaching, and mentoring.

Develop and execute strategic plans for the enterprise applications portfolio, aligning with business objectives and technology strategy.

Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of enterprise applications.

Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp Support :

Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.

Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure high-quality support and performance.

Data Warehouse and Reporting :

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's data warehouse.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting and analytics.

Develop and implement reporting solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders.

Custom Integrations :

Design and implement custom integrations between enterprise applications and other systems.

Ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

Project Management :

Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise application projects on time and within budget.

Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications, data warehousing, and integrations.

Implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a focus on Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp.

Strong background in data warehousing, including design, development, and maintenance.

Proven experience with custom integrations and reporting solutions.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

Certifications in Salesforce, Workday, and / or Intapp.

Experience with cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).

Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
