JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Senior System Admin, you'll be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the Azure services that power our business.

This includes managing virtual machines, networking, storage, and security to ensure maximum reliability and performance.

You'll work closely with our IT, security, and operations teams to develop and implement cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has extensive Azure experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

In this role, you could expect your primary tasks to include :

Design and implement Azure cloud infrastructure solutions to support the company's business needs.

Manage and maintain Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, and storage, to ensure reliability and performance.

Plan and execute cloud migration projects, including moving on-premises workloads to Azure.

Monitor and optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, security, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.

Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud resources and data.

Help manage Provisioning of users via automation tools.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field, with a focus on Azure cloud services.
  • Strong experience with Azure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and other services.
  • Experience with cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in Fortinet firewall including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with cloud security best practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, ARM templates).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Desirable Skills :

  • Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
  • Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker,
  • Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
