As the Production Manager for our Bio-Rad Fort Worth, TX site , you will establish clear operational direction and establishes priorities for the operational team.

Develop and implement strategic plan with other manufacturing sites. You will manage the budget and execute cost reduction plans.

Respond effectively to new demands and challenges from both internal and external customers.

How You'll Make An Impact :

  • Manage a staff of production supervisors leading direct labor personnel including assemblers, technicians, chemical process operators, and / or chemists.
  • Communicate effectively across organizational levels and functions.
  • Work under broad general direction with significant autonomy.
  • Independently determine and develop approach to production strategy, problem solving and execution of production plans.
  • Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

What You Bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field.
  • 10+ years manufacturing production experience, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8-10 years of supervisory / management experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP and other manufacturing materials systems.
  • Solid and effective communication skills.
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, database software, internet software, manufacturing software).
  • Knowledge of and experience with chemical, instrument or facility production processes, and process equipment.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $98,500 - $135,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.

This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
