We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Help Desk Coordinator to support our US Courts client.
The customer is looking to consolidate and integrate existing data warehouses, data marts, and applications into an Integrated Enterprise Data Warehouse.
The Help Desk Coordinator will lead help desk activities in support of enterprise users.
Duties and responsibilities include :
- Staff the Help Desk.
- Answer users' calls and record all necessary information.
- Offer assistance over the phone and follow problems through to resolution.
- Assign center or appropriate area for resolution.
- Log and report data on the number and type of calls received.
Required Qualifications :
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience in a business ADP environment with emphasis on microcomputer hardware and software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting software issues, providing user support, configuring systems, managing software updates, and similar relevant experience.
- Experience supporting a data warehousing software such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, etc.
- User / account management and resolutions
- Running predefined reports or processes
- Experience supporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc.

- Supporting users with application questions
- Familiarity with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments preferred.
- Familiarity with JIRA and HEAT preferred.
Education Requirement :
- Master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or business management.
- Education may be substituted with 3 additional years of experience.
Clearance Requirement : Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
This position is contingent upon contract award to Gunnison Consulting.
