Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Serve as the brand’s advocate, embodying its values and mission while representing it across all social interactions with a consistent tone and voice.
  • Identify and create thoughtful "surprise & delight" opportunities such as customized mailers and gift card sends to drive brand love.
  • Support Director of the Ambassador Program with influencer operations such as brief inputs, contracting, onboarding, invoicing, and maintaining reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with organic and paid social teams to leverage ambassador activity organically and / or in paid (dark ads) when / where appropriate.
  • Deeply understand our products and customers, assess the competitive landscape, and stay on top of trends
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with brand-aligned partners across the influencer strata from macro influencers to micro creators and experts & key opinion leaders.
  • Track, analyze, and report ambassador KPIs, turning data into insights and continually making optimizations that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for Melinda Maria Jewelry’s products and mission, a deep understanding of our audience's preferences and behaviors, and the ability to connect the two.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a savvy for developing productive and positive relationships with ambassadors
  • Impeccable taste, an eagle for the details, deep cultural savvy, and high emotional intelligence
  • Assist in planning and attending ambassador events when needed
  • Own the affiliate partnerships program including identification, outreach / recruitment, contracting, and onboarding
  • Provide guidance and coaching to ambassadors in content creation
  • Assist in monthly reporting audits of ambassador sales, commissions, and fees.
