Occupational Therapist Phoenix

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team for the 23 / 24 school year in Phoenix, AZ.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available, providing an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in a school-based setting.

Full-Time Position :

• Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Duration : Full 23 / 24 school year
• Travel : Will involve traveling between multiple sites (mileage reimbursed)
• Caseload : Varied caseload across multiple sites
• School experience preferred

Part-Time Position :

• Hours : 3 days per week (flexible schedule)
• Duration : Full 23 / 24 school year
• Caseload : Elementary level
• School experience preferred

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' individual occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address students' goals and objectives
• Provide direct therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based interventions and techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success and participation
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and reports
• Adapt and modify therapy activities to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• School experience preferred for both positions
• Strong knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor development, and activities of daily living
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Dedication to providing high-quality therapy services to enhance students' educational experience
