Job Title : Welder (MIG / TIG) - Multiple Shifts Available
Shifts : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available
Pay Range : $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)
A dynamic and growing manufacturing company located in the heart of Cleveland, Ohio. We are seeking skilled Welders (MIG / TIG) to join our team.

Position Overview : As a Welder you will be responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials to create high-quality products.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures
- Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG and TIG)
- Weld materials in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
- Perform visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality requirements
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Welder with expertise in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials Shift Availability :

Pay Range : The pay range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
