We are seeking an experienced Epic Analytics Specialist to join our team and enhance our analytics capabilities within the Epic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare analytics, a deep understanding of Epic systems, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights to support clinical and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify analytics requirements specific to the Epic environment.
Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions utilizing Epic's data structures and reporting tools (e.g., Epic’s Clarity, Reporting Workbench).
Analyze large datasets from Epic to derive insights related to patient care, operational efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data quality checks and validation processes.
Stay updated on Epic system enhancements and best practices in healthcare analytics.
Provide training and support to end-users on analytics tools and reporting capabilities within Epic.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology).
Proven experience working with Epic systems, particularly in analytics and reporting.
Strong knowledge of Epic’s data structures and reporting tools.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications :
Epic certification (e.g., Epic Clarity, Epic Reporting Workbench) is a plus.
Experience in clinical or operational analytics within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards in healthcare.

CDO’s total compensation for each position is negotiated within an established range. The final compensation will be determined by demonstrated skills and experience.
