JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to join our growing team.

The Role :

The Jeld-Wen Treasury Team is seeking a Sr. Treasury Manager to support the VP Treasurer with FX Management, Leasing, Debt Capital Market activities as well as monthly departmental reporting.

This role interacts with other areas of treasury, corporate and technical accounting, tax, legal, audit, business development and banking partners.

This critical position offers exposure and visibility to senior management.

This role is highly collaborative in nature, requiring excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, attention to details and certain level of independence.

What You Will Do :

• Leading the development and implementation of the FX & Commodities hedging program for JELD-WEN.
• Managing the day-to-day FX requirements and Debt servicing.
• Assisting with debt modeling & quarterly forecast of interest expense
• Lead global lease Equipment Financing
• Support Interest Hedging Program
• Updating & distributing WACC & IBR calculations
• Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports, budgets, financial documents, and strategies to management.
• Special projects and initiative support as appropriate
• Other treasury duties as directed.

Who You Are :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field, MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a treasury related function at a large MNC.
• Experience with treasury / financial management systems, such as HFM, OneStream, SAP / Oracle.
• Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Experience managing and / or creating global derivative programs.
• Limited / infrequent travel may be required.
