Our client, located in Brookfield, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Treasury Operations team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of cash management, including cash receipts and payment processing.
This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Oracle EPM, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing cash and investments.
- Maintain a weekly collection of global cash positions, summarize, and prepare a report of the worldwide cash position.
- Review intercompany funding requirements and summarize balances for approval and settlement.
- Update daily domestic cash activity and reconcile to bank records.
- Maintain SharePoint workflows to ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Enter wire payments and ACH transactions; route for approval using SharePoint workflows.
- Prepare monthly journal entries to support the monthly close process.
- Assist the Treasurer with the compilation of monthly cash and P&L forecasts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Treasurer to support the department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and Oracle EPM.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with cash management, cash receipts and payment processing is preferred.
