Overview :
Fusion Optix is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service and Order Entry Representative to join our dynamic team.
This role is essential in ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our customers while maintaining high levels of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Processing : Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all product details, quantities, and pricing are correct.
- Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, confirming order details and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive records of all orders and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Cross-Department Coordination : Collaborate with Operations, Inventory, and Shipping teams to guarantee timely fulfillment and delivery of orders.
- Data Entry Accuracy : Ensure all information is entered correctly in both Salesforce CRM and QuickBooks Enterprise, minimizing errors that could impact order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Order Tracking : Monitor the status of orders in Salesforce and provide customers with timely updates regarding their purchases.
- Returns and Exchanges : Manage customer requests for order modifications, returns, or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Sales Reporting : Assist in generating reports on order trends and customer feedback using Salesforce CRM to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or order entry, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and QuickBooks Enterprise is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
