Summary :
The main function of a project coordinator is to support project managers and project teams on a project. The coordinator ensures that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible.
This role requires those who purchased, run budget, worked in / made part numbers, worked with electrical and mechanical engineering, and have experience working in building consumer hardware.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities
- Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis
- Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost
- Manages critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience
Must-Have Skills :
- years of project management experience
- Experience with allocating and distributing devices
- Experience with build plans (tool)
- Strong Excel skills creating spreadsheets, pivot tables, and report gathering
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice-to-Have Skills :
- Team Center or Agile PLM is useful
- Former Client experience

Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
