Job Overview : Maintains and expands building automation systems (BAS) to maintain and increase energy and labor efficiencies, and to sustain and improve the comfort level of guests and team members.

Maintains and improves building fire and life safety systems to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

Preferred Experience :

• A combination of education and experience to equal five years in HVAC & R, including two years BAS experience.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, database, and electronic mail software, including BAS software.
• Working knowledge of airflow control systems, including variable air volume dampers and duct heaters.
• Valid Class D drivers license may be required with a good driving record.
• Industrial Truck Driving (Forklift) permit may be required.
• Niagara N4 or AX experience is a bonus.
