About the Role
You will be responsible for :
Analyze
- Role ramp-up progress and identify the biggest gaps for Presales
- Skills / Enablement gaps in Presales and align tightly with Presales Leadership to evaluate their needs vs what has been delivered
- Effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc
Develop / Support
- Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up, tenured SC development and new products / offerings
- Update existing courses / enablement for new products / offerings and identified gaps from Presales
- Support and develop content tracks for Presales Events
Coach / Teach
- Teach demo / sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered to your specific Presales persona
- Mentor and instruct new Presales workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success
- Mentor and shadow Presales workmates through the certification process

Basic Qualifications
Sales Enablement
- 1+ years in Financial Management Software and Accounting background / FP&A
- 2+ years in an Enablement, Presales, Sales, Services, or Customer Experience role supporting the sale of Enterprise Software
Senior Sales Enablement
- 3+ years in Financial Management Software and Accounting background / FP&A
- 5+ years in an Enablement, Presales, Sales, Services, or Customer Experience role supporting the sale of Enterprise Software
Other Qualifications
- Outstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers
- Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies
- Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
