We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic Real Estate Sales Buyer’s Agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Follow the team plan
- Set buyer appointments
- Lead follow up
- Execute consultations
- BRE signed
- Close sales
- CRM and database mastery
Qualifications :
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Real estate license required
