We’re looking for a seasoned Strategic Business Development Representative to join our team in Boston.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

As a Strategic Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting into a book of 150 Strategic accounts and collaborating 1 : 1 with a Senior GTM consultant to generate awareness and interest around Lusha’s B2B prospecting platform.

How You’ll Shape The Future Of B2B Sales

  • Utilizing cold outbound outreach consisting of an average of 80-100 dials daily to penetrate high value prospects in tandem with a call structures built to consult, educate, and create opportunities.
  • Focused targeting at an account level to identify decision makers, champions, and individual contributors creating ground-swell on a specific account.
  • Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to identify pain points, needs and / or opportunities.
  • Pass qualified opportunities to the Enterprise sales rep, based on an established set of meeting criteria, with specific focus on driving qualified pipeline.
  • Maintain focus on key sales plays relayed by leadership and focus all efforts on these plays.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills related to industry trends as a subject matter expert on Lusha’s product offerings and value we provide for our partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Lusha’s product offerings and the problems that we help solve for our customers.

Here’s What We Need From You

  • 1+ years of SaaS business development experience.
  • Strong, professional and effective communication skills in written, verbal and presentation formats.
  • Display intellectual curiosity by researching, understanding and listening to customer pain points and needs.
  • Embrace a growth mindset with keen attention to accountability and responsibility in pursuing goals and delivering results.
  • Self-disciplined and resilient with a strong work ethic with an ability to handle adversity and objections.
  • Ability to adapt, contribute, and succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Entrepreneurial minded : empowered to take ownership, and identifies challenges as opportunities.
  • Experience and technical expertise with Lusha’s key tech stack tools (Salesforce, SalesNavigator, Outreach, Slack, G-Suite).
