Job Title : AI Engineer - Pega Background

Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and talented AI Engineer with a background in Pega to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As an AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences.

This position requires hands-on experience with AI technologies and a strong understanding of Pega systems.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Development : Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Pega Integration : Integrate AI solutions with Pega platforms to optimize workflows and automate processes.

Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions.

Model Training : Train and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions.

Documentation : Document AI models, processes, and integration workflows to maintain clarity and consistency.

Maintenance : Monitor and maintain AI systems, ensuring their performance and accuracy over time.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience : 4-8 years of experience in AI development, with a focus on Pega systems.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.

Experience with AI / Client frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Knowledge of Pega platform and its integration with AI solutions.

Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : Pega certification(s) and / or AI / Client certification(s) are a plus.

Experience : Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services or technology company.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
