Job Title : Packaging Associate, Entry Level
Hourly, Non-Exempt with wage based on work experience
Job Summary :
Employee will train and work with a dynamic team to build custom corrugated boxes for fine art and display graphics. Using basic math, employee will train to package the finished product and add reinforcement material to safely ship via ground transportation such as FedEx and UPS.
Artwork may be heavy and bulky and must be handled with care. All work areas must be organized and cleaned throughout the day, and as shift ends.
Employee may be asked to assist in other departments or perform other finishing operations. Training in these areas will be provided as workflow permits.
This position has the possibility of job growth in other departments.
Organizational Relationship : Reports to Shipping Lead, Director of Large Format, and VP of Manufacturing
General Accountabilities :
Train to Create custom cardboard shipping boxes for fine art and signage
Train complete Final check product for flaws, dirt, errors, etc. before packaging
Train to Collate prints according to spreadsheets
Train on Various finishing operations
Light assembly
Work as a integral part of a team
Keep work area clean
Must be dependable and able to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications : Basic math skills

Ability to Train to read and understanding spreadsheets
Ability to train to use basic cutting tools
Ability to lift 50 plus pounds
Ability to remain on feet all day
