The Community Liaison, Community of Practice
A community of practice (CoP) is a group of individuals who come together to pursue a shared purpose, exchange knowledge, and foster learning and change.
For leaders of a given field, having a CoP to rely on can be an essential source of support, continuous development, and well-being.
In our case, this shared purpose is catalyzing excellence throughout our region’s early learning system so that all children and families, regardless of identity, have access to high quality, affordable education and care.
The Community Liaison will support the logistical operations of our Community of Practice and will be the key external point person for building strong relationships with early education providers and the families they serve who are part of Community Impact Network’s Programs Achieving Quality (PAQ) initiative.
This position will report to the Senior Director, Community of Practice.

Responsibilities :
- You’ll directly interface with diverse providers, often those in developing or poverty-impacted parts of St. Louis County, to help build relationships, identify their needs and connect them with crucial resources that will
- You’ll push-in to programs to support our partners (like Community Impact Network, STAR Coaching, and
- You’ll be a friendly face and representative of Urban Sprouts at a variety of events and meetings.
- Lead the logistical needs of our community of practice. This will include
- Supporting leadership and stakeholders in tracking tasks in Monday.com and Asana
- Interfacing with our CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus),
- Scheduling and maintaining the Community of Practice calendar
- Ordering supplies and food, and
- Similar tasks as they emerge.
- Work with providers and stakeholders to deliver resources and track associated data and outcomes. (E.g., work with providers and STL Diaper Bank to order and deliver / distribute free diapers, and track who receives what).

- Have 5+ years of experience in an early childhood education setting or similar; Lab School / higher ed experience a huge plus!

- Are detail-oriented, organized and love putting systems in place that make everyone’s lives easier.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience; estimated between $70,800 and $75,000 / year.
