Full Job Description###

YogaSpark is a fast-growing, high-service hot yoga studio founded in 2012. We are searching for a unique candidate to join us in a part-time capacity as Front Desk Staff for our Westchester location.

We are a company based on community and looking for members to join our growing tribe!

As the face of our studio, the Front Desk Attendant is a true representative of our brand and company. You must be energetic, enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient;

providing a streamlined experience for our customers while fostering a fun and fierce atmosphere. The Front Desk Attendant will have responsibilities throughout the studio, from the lobby through the hot room and down to the laundry room.

Time Requirement : Approx. 6-8 hrs / week, additional shifts available. STRONG preference given to those willing to work holidays.

Responsibilities###

• Front desk duties
• Signing in clients
• Entering new clients into our system
• Retail transactions
• General familiarity with Mariana Tek software
• Acceptance of deliveries / organization of inventory
• Opening and closing

Studio Support###

• Making cold towels
• Refreshing amenities
• Laundry maintenance of the bathroom / locker room areas

Presentation of Brand###

Being a link between the community and our company, explaining what the YogaSpark style and atmosphere is to new / potential students

Requirements###

• Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and be legally eligible to work within the U.S.
• Must be available weekday evenings starting at 4 : 30 pm
• Preference given to candidates with additional availability / flexibility in schedule; preference will be given to candidates available to work holidays
• Candidates must be enthusiastic, friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to stand / walk during the duration of a scheduled shift. Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift up to 20 lbs.
• Familiarity with yoga a plus, but not a requirement

Compensation###

$16 / hr, unlimited yoga on a standby basis, employee discount
