Office Administrator/Personal Assistant

Our client is a Multi-family residential real estate development firm looking to hire an Office Administrator for their office!

Responsibilities :

  • This person will work very closely with the CEO, CFO, and VP
  • Perform day-to-day office management for the office
  • Maintain equipment and office supply inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to staff including mailings, preparation of travel reports, coordinating travel, and preparation of pre-meeting materials
  • Undertake other duties / special projects as requested
  • Book personal travel for the CEO and run errands as needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 3+ years of Administrative Office support
  • Experience within Real Estate is a +
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint - Quickbooks is a huge +
  • Have a proactive mindset and like helping people solve problems
  • Bookkeeping / Accounting Support is a +
