We are currently hiring for a Residential Shift Supervisor, to work within our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency.

As a Residential Shift Supervisor, you would be responsible for :

• Day to day shift operation of the program
• Supervising all Direct Support Professionals
• Ensuring that Direct Support Professionals implement service plans to aid residents in learning about all areas of activities of daily living and the community
• Responsible for carrying out direction and administration of program servicesResidential Shift Supervisor Minimum Salary : $20.

50 / hourResidential Shift Supervisor Maximum Salary : $20.50 / hourResidential Shift Supervisor Schedule : Full-time We offer a $1.

50 / hour differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday Qualifications :

• Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
• High School diploma or GED
• Two years of experience working as a Direct Support ProfessionalBenefits :
