Are you an accomplished leader in the freight forwarding industry, ready to take charge of a thriving operation? We are seeking a Director of Freight Forwarding to spearhead and accelerate the growth of our Los Angeles-based business.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for operational and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of the freight forwarding operations, ensuring seamless execution and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across logistics, operations, and customer service.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic business development, key account management, and expanding client relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and international shipping regulations.
- Optimize supply chain solutions tailored to the unique needs of a diverse client base.
- Report directly to senior leadership, providing insights into business performance and growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For :
- Extensive experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong background in both operational and commercial leadership.
- Deep knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and global trade compliance.
