Role : Customer Success Manager- Third Party Benefits Administration
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Alpine team, overseeing day-to-day operations of third-party administration business.
- Strategically support Brokers and Employers in managing COBRA and pre-tax benefit offerings.
- Monitor financial performance, streamline processes, and devise methods to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist the team in implementing and utilizing Alpine products, ensuring successful contract implementations and renewals.
- Support employee participants in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
- Engage in special projects as needed.
Compensation and Benefits :
- $75,000 - $90,000 annual salary (based on experience).
- Exempt role.

- 401(k) with employer contribution (eligible after one year).

Our sister company Alpine is a third-party administrator specializing in managing employee benefits and COBRA for small to mid-sized businesses.
As the exclusive third-party administrator for BerniePortal, Alpine plays a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive Payroll / HR / Benefits system to employers nationwide.
We are located in downtown Nashville and this position will be in-office 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
