We are seeking a Front of House Manager who embodies that same sense of purpose and pride. The ideal candidate leads by example, creating a dining experience that feels effortless for the guest yet is the result of precision, teamwork, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in restaurant leadership, ideally 2+ years in a management or supervisory role in a high-volume, full-service setting.
- Strong communication and hospitality skills with the ability to lead a team in providing genuine, attentive service.
- Ability to stay organized, manage scheduling, oversee floor operations, and resolve issues with professionalism.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
