  • Lead and Manage : Supervise the team in the shipping department, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Inbound and Outbound Orders : Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of all products, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Planning and Scheduling : Develop and implement logistics plans and schedules to optimize delivery timelines and costs.
  • Team Coordination : Work collaboratively with the operations team to align logistics strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Delegation : Assign tasks and responsibilities effectively within the team to meet operational goals.
  • Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement within the logistics process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance : Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Reporting : Prepare and analyze logistics reports to monitor performance and identify trends.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of four years experience in a logistics management role, with a proven track record of leading a team in a similar capacity.
  • Skills : Leadership, organizational, and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with logistics software and tools. Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Availability : Must be able to work 100% onsite during the designated hours.
