JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, interview, and check references for potential employees
- Make job offers and conduct orientation sessions for new hires
- Perform exit interviews and handle changes in employee status
- Lead and direct the work of others within the HR department
- Utilize a wide range of HR concepts, practices, and procedures to accomplish goals
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience in recruiting, including IT roles
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Deep understanding of HR practices and procedures
