Overview

The People Scheduler works with the Supply Chain Leaders and frontline team members on shift to ensure scheduling needs are covered in compliance with policy and contractual guidelines while supporting labor efficiency targets.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling personnel for all of manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing contract language as pertaining to scheduling
  • Attendance, vacation & qualification tracking. Calling in and calling off employees
  • Other duties as assigned

Working schedule :

Saturday and Sunday from 1 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm

Compensation & Benefits :

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 0% of annual salary paid out quarterly
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude when engaging with and supporting managers, peers and team members
  • Reliable and flexible in order to ensure coverage of all manufacturing scheduling needs
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge
