Job Summary : Answer phones, take orders from customers, prepare proposals as need. Work in conjunction with dispatch / operations.

JOB DUTIES :
- Assign Daily Stop to Stop Routes
- Handle Driver Problems
- Answer telephone direct phone calls
- General assistance as needed
- Customer service as needed
- Order taking as needed
- Process drivers’ daily paperwork
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
SKILLS :
- Navigational Skills Must have general knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles Metropolitan Area freeway system. Must understand Google Maps and have GPS experience.
- Communication skills (verbal and written) ability to convey meaning and obtain understanding
- Communication skills Bilingual
- Organizational skills ability to group work and resources in relation to the work being done, prioritizing, and scheduling.
- People skills ability to effectively relate to customers and employees in all organizational levels, being sensitive to their needs
