Lead Therapist requirements :
1 Customer service oriented
2 Ability to perform Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone
3 Ability to educate clients on advanced treatment options
4 Skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in hospitality or customer service
5. Leadership Oriented
6. Ability to build team relationships
7. Ability to grow services and enhanced treatments among the team

Job Responsibilities :
- Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs.
