What You'll Do :

Traeger is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at Traeger, you'll join our Digital Product and Design team with the main goal to increase value and drive adoption of our highly rated digital products, including Traeger's iOS, Watch, and Android Apps.

You will support the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring our apps meet and exceed the needs of the Traegerhood.

A strong candidate will have a passion for creative problem-solving, a high degree of ownership, a strong analytical skillset, a willingness to learn, and, of course, an appetite for delicious food.

How You Will Help Us Win :

• User Research & Feedback . Participate and lead quantitative and qualitative research studies with our customers, retailers, ambassadors, and partners.
• Market Analysis. Stay current with industry, product, and market trends to identify potential ideas and disruptors based on opportunity and / or threat.
• Data-Driven Decisions . Develop a deep understanding of all mobile-related data, using it to uncover insights, answer key questions, and drive informed decisions for our product roadmap and operational strategy.
• Delivery Excellence. Ensure high-quality deployments by performing user acceptance testing as well as managing the communication and feedback loop with our Beta App communities.
• Team Player. Be part of a small cross-functional team enabling meaningful product design and experience for Traeger's digital product ecosystem
• Vision & Strategy. Contribute to and evangelize the product vision, strategy and roadmaps, specifically Traeger iOS, Watch, and Android apps.
• Roadmap Development. Seamlessly prioritize work based on user feedback and business goals translating strategy into detailed requirements for new experiences that deliver incremental value for our users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration . Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering (Mobile, Cloud, IoT, API, FW, QA), Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure cohesive product development, successful launches, and product adoption.

What You'll Need to Succeed :

• 1+ years of product management experience
• Basic understanding of mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms, bonus if you have experience with IoT products with Cloud and Firmware integration
• Passion and empathy for understanding user needs and improving user experience
• A keen eye and appreciation for good design with a strong understanding of digital product psychology
• Comfortable working with data to inform product decisions and metrics for success
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
