Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other related field / equivalent work experience;
- A minimum of three (3) years of project support / management experience;
- First level Scrum Master Certification such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM);
- A minimum of one (1) year of Scrum Master experience and an in-depth knowledge of Scrum principles, and experience with implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects and programs for a software development team;
- Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency skills;
- Knowledge of documented patterns and techniques such as Burndowns and retrospective formats for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach;
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.);
- Working experience in at least one (1) of the following Agile methods or frameworks : Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, Agile scaling methodologies (e.g. SAFe);
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space such as : Crystal, Functional Design Diagram (FDD), etc.;
- Demonstrated knowledge of the technologies used by the team;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
Experience with mentoring; and
Knowledge of ServiceNow or Azure DevOps use as a tracking tool.
