Job Description :
We are currently looking for a Tax Law Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in tax law and possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering top-notch legal services.
As a Tax Law Associate, your responsibilities will include providing guidance to clients on various tax matters, including estate planning and business transactions.
Requirements :
- Preferred degree in Taxation or Estate Planning
- New York Bar admission is mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Law Associate
- Excellent academic record from an accredited law school
- Strong oral and written communication skills
As a valued member of our dynamic team, your duties will include :
- Offering tax-related advice to clients pertaining to complex matters like estate planning, business transactions, and tax controversy representation.
- Conducting comprehensive research on applicable laws and regulations to ensure accurate counsel is provided.
- Preparing legal documents related to tax matters, such as trust agreements, partnership agreements, and corporate documents.
- Effectively communicating with clients and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
