We are currently hiring to fill 2 full time positions - are you ready to join our team?
As a Truck Team Member at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, you will :
- Travel around the Tucson area, helping people rid themselves of unwanted junk.
- Spend time outdoors, regularly lifting items as heavy as 100+ pounds.
- Be trained in pricing our and estimating services with a goal of becoming Sales Lead, running your own route and earning more money!
- Provide exceptional experiences to all of our customers.
Compensation and Benefits :
- An average hourly pay of $20-$23+ / hour, made up of tips and bonuses, and a competitive base pay of $15.50 / hour for eligible drivers.
- Health insurance eligibility for all full time employees after 2 months
- 401K with 4% match for all employees (full time and part time) after 6 months
- Room to grow - if you have the drive, we will help you rise through the ranks to become a Sales Lead, Shift Lead, and more!
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 or older
- Must be able to regularly lift 100 pounds
- Must have at least one year of sales experience, including upselling
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in the Tucson summer
- Valid driver's license is required (CDL not required)
This role is specifically designed for people who like to be physically active and practice customer service, with a goal of having them become one of our newest Sales Leads.
