WHAT YOULL DO :
- Provide a high level of customer service and exceptional communication; both written and verbal.
- Promote strong relationships with the client community based upon clear and frequent communication practices, mutual trust, and the ability to meet the client needs.
Develop relationship-building opportunities for the client and the company.
- Manage and execute a variety of diverse and complex assignments.
- Manage full cycle projects from inception to completion ensuring all contractual obligations are met with the required regulatory, safety, and technical feasibility requirements.
Collaborate with all required parties as necessary.
- Manage full cycle projects from inception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time, the first time, and within budget.
- Coordinate and direct the internal Projects Team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all deliverables; designs, bids, orders, change orders, RFIs, product descriptions, message schedules, location plans, permits, etc.
- Coordinate and work directly with Production and Installation Teams on all projects to monitor progress, facilitate needs, and solve problems.
- Maintain job costs and participate in meeting profitability goals. Communicate issues on any projects deviating from budgets, schedule, cost, etc.
for workable solutions.
- Perform and facilitate site visits and surveys.
- Work closely with administrative support to make sure all contract administration is timely and accurate.
- Stay abreast of Best Practices in response to market opportunities and competitor strategies to develop and recommend improved work methods and processes.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships and communications with all team members, management, clients, vendors, regulators, and the community.
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies and guidelines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE :
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Project Management within the architectural signage, custom metal fabrication, or construction industries.
- Demonstrated a proven ability to successfully manage projects from inception through completion.
- Skilled self-starter with the ability to work, both independently and as a team, on multiple tasks while regularly reprioritizing to maximize efficiency.
- Must be able to prioritize work on job sites and work with subcontractors toward a common goal.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of people at all levels within the company as well as with clients and trade partners.
- Proficient skill level in computer software including but not limited to : Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software programs.
- Detail oriented, accurate, self-motivated and open to new ideas, projects and directions within the Company, that can adjust and problem solve.
- Able to work independently with little supervision and apply good judgement and discretion.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations and job sites.
- Possess and maintain current Drivers license and retain auto insurance as law requires with the ability to drive personal transportation to client appointments and job sites.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and organization.
