Job Title : Project Manager-Business Capability

Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager-Business Capability to join our client's team. This role is integral to the successful implementation and management of digital capability projects within the Business Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering value incrementally, ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Spearhead and manage digital capability project teams within the Business Unit, ensuring the delivery of value in an incremental manner.
- Supervise the planning and execution of small to medium-sized projects, fostering collaboration and the evolution of ideas, while discovering new requirements.
- Identify interdependencies, assess potential risks, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and industry best practices.
- Monitor and control the schedule and financial health of projects, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers on the development of business cases for digital capability investments.

6+ years of experience with the following :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS Project Pro
- IT Software Development Project Experience.
