Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to company-provided leads and set appointments with advisors
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and maintain accurate records in CRM
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize messaging and meet KPI targets
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred insurance license
Sales or customer experience preferred
1+ year in sales, customer service, call center, or outbound appointment setting preferred
Experience with CRM sales systems preferred
