Maintenance Worker
Location : Staten Island Care Center, Staten Island
Salary : $18.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the nursing home facility and grounds are secure, clean, and well-maintained.
- Perform essential maintenance tasks and repairs to keep the building in optimal condition.
- Skillfully handle tools and equipment for precision and safety.
- Conduct routine upkeep, including minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Regularly replace HVAC filters to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for residents.
Qualifications :
- COF certification (preferred).
- Experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living facility.
- Proficiency with essential hand tools and basic power tools.
- Knowledge of carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, flooring, painting, and snow removal.
