SITEC - Project Manager - Ft. Liberty, North Carolina - Security Clearance Required

Responsibilities

Peraton requires Project Managers - Level 2 to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3.

Positions are located at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.

This position is onsite in Ft. Liberty, North Carolina.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps);

maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct

training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO / J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

The Project Manager Level 2 (PM L2) has primary responsibility for managing a specific project or projects assigned by the Government, to include project requirements, scope, budget, schedule, and performance.

The PM L2 monitors, adjusts, and reports on the project's performance, budget, and schedule. The PM L2 shall provide interim progress reviews to the Government on an as-needed basis.

The PM L2 assists with proposing, implementing, and enforcing Government policies, standards, and methodologies and is responsible for either developing or supervising the preparation of studies, reports, and acquisition documents.

The PM L2 shall work from the latest Government-approved version of the Project management processes (PMP). The PMP is an evolutionary document that shall be updated annually at a minimum and as project changes occur.

Qualifications

Required qualifications :

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience
• DoD TS clearance or higher is required
• At least four years of relevant experience in a position with duties commensurate to those defined in the Statement of Objectives, or eight years of specialized experience in a position with duties commensurate to those defined in the Statement of Objectives.
• Candidates must have a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition law, regulations, policies, and procedures, including substantial involvement in a major acquisition effort.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
